Dear Truck Trend,
In the picture on the bottom of page 78 in the March/April 2012 issue, shouldn't that driver have been wearing his safety belt? The factory belt is clearly unused, on the roll bar upright, and it doesn't look like he has an aftermarket harness of any kind. His Jeep is clearly moving, based on the blurred wheels in the picture. I know you're not responsible for what he's doing, but running a photo of someone engaging in an unsafe practice isn't the sort of message that you want to send.

You're absolutely right. We probably should not have run that image, and we apologize for that. While we can't control the way he drives, we don't have to show it, either.
