Dear Truck Trend,
I would really like for y'all to do a story on the 2006-2007 classic Silverados that guys like myself tow heavy loads with. Maybe a more in-depth article on hotshot haulers with stories of high mileage and longevity.

That's a terrific idea! We've seen some great stories about trucks that have worked hard for a long time, including one about a Silverado 1500 that has a million miles on the odo, and a Ford F-350 that also has as many. Maybe it's time to acknowledge the long-term work duty of these trucks, which is in some ways more impressive than the capability they offer.
