The Car Show's fifth episode aired last night on the Speed Channel, and Adam Carolla got behind the wheel of some fast-flying luxury SUVs and tested them the way they are supposed to be tested. In case you didn't catch it, below is a peek at what you missed.
This week, John Salley braces himself and explores the world of Indy 500, where he stands apart - and above - most of the crowd. He meets with Townsend Bell, and later we find out if the former Detroit Pistons star can perform his smooth and quick moves on an Indy 500 pit crew the same way he did on the basketball court.
Adam and Matt then pack a BMW X5 and Porsche Cayenne, the "world's fastest SUVs," with groceries and take to the track, hitting as much as 130 mph as rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, chips, cups and cleaning supplies, and kids' toys fling back and forth. How will the racy SUVs stand up in this cargo-packed race?
Tune in Wednesday nights at 10/9c on the Speed Channel.
