Nissan has been known to take some artistic liberties in its commercials. One of the more recent examples is that of a Frontier pickup "skiing" down a hill and going a barrel roll before coming to a stop at the bottom of the hill.
But that bit of CGI editing looks pretty tame compared to what Nissan's British ad agency have cooked up. It starts out with the lead character skydiving out of a plane attached to a bucket seat. He smoothly slides into a bare metal chassis mid-flight, and is suddenly accompanied by sky-diving mechanics that attach the roof, wheels and engine to the car. The car then lands on a stunt ramp, where some motocross bikers attach fenders and paint the vehicle.
Just moments later, the recently-completed Juke jumps another ramp, then dives underwater, finally to emerge out of a tunnel. Unbelievable? Of course. Entertaining? Somewhat. Watch the video and judge for yourself.
