Tomorrow, September 5, the NASCAR Truck Series will make its first start at Iowa Speedway. The 0.875-mile tri-oval track will play host to the Lucas Oil 200, starting at 6:30 p.m. PST.
The short course (under one mile) looks to play into the hands of current points leader and favorite to win it all, Ron Hornaday. In four short-track starts this season, Hornaday has won two (Memphis, O’Reilly), placed in 2nd (Martinsville), and taken 3rd (Bristol). Best of luck to all drivers.
