Dear Truck Trend,
Over the years I kicked myself for being too lazy to enter Truck Trend's annual Design Contest--until 2006, when I finally did enter and was lucky enough to be picked as a finalist. I didn't win, even though all my friends bought the magazine for the ballot. After that, I was determined and excited to come back in 2007 with a stronger entry. But as you know, and much to my disappointment, there was no design contest in 2007. I was shocked that such a cool and fun tradition was discontinued. And since then, every time the newest edition of TT shows up in my mailbox, the first thing I do is scour it, cover to cover, looking for the announcement of a new contest, only to be left forlorn and frustrated. But before I give up all hope, and condemn my truck designs to the recycler, I thought that I would make this last-ditch inquiry. My question is simply this: Will there ever be another Design Contest? Even if I didn't plan to enter, many of us would enjoy its return, so we could see the fascinating ingenious designs people come up with.

Dear Reader,
Don't throw away those designs! We've received several letters about this, and are seriously considering bringing the design contest back. You were correct--the contest was on hiatus for the last couple of years, but popular demand may bring it out of retirement. If you or any other Truck Trend readers have suggestions for cool themes for the contest (past themes have included "You, Your Truck, and Your Toys" and "The Ultimate Sport Vacation Vehicle"), e-mail us at trucktrend@sorc.com.
Congratulations, Blake! Your letter was selected as Letter of the Month. For that, you win a Gorilla Glue prize pack, which includes a bunch of Gorilla Glue products, plus a hat, tee, and bobblehead. Gorilla Glue; 800/966-3458,www.gorillaglue.com
