You can tell 1badta's 2003 GMC Sierra has been seriously modified, but you might not realize the owner did most of the work himself.
1badta says he's enjoyed turning the Sierra 1500 HD into what he calls "a 'Sport' work truck." The GMC has gone through a couple suspension changes, has 20-inch wheels with 265/50/20 front and 305/50/20 rear tires, and more upgrades under and on top of the hood.
