In this week's eBay find, Dodge, Chevy, and Ford monster show trucks compete to win your attention.
The 2004 Ram 2500 SLT Laramie representing Dodge is a show truck the eBay listing agent says "drives down the road very nice because it was built correctly." Oh, and the truck is powered by a twin-turbo 5.9L diesel producing a claimed 550 hp. The tires are 40x15.50-22 Nitto Grapplers, sports plenty of under-the-hood modifications, two-tone leather seats, and more. It would probably be more efficient to list the parts on the Ram that haven't been upgraded than to describe all its custom features, but we must mention the awesome rear diff cover you should see for yourself. Alas, since the Buy it Now option was not exercised, the cover didn't stay with the truck's new owner. The winning bid was $21,100 and no, the reserve was not met.

Next we have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD that, says the seller, can see the tops of school buses. Layered over the truck's fire engine red paint are so-called "orange and yellow tribal frames" that form the base of this monster's appeal. That, and maybe the 16-inch lift. Or it could be the 44-in Super Swamper tires. Whatever it is, behind the wheel you're sure to feel the BD power chip the seller says has boosted power 100 hp and torque 150 lb.-ft. Earlier this week, the truck sold on eBay for $25,100.

The 2003 Ford F-350 shown here ended its auction with the lowest final bid, but it appears just as imposing as the Dodge and Chevy to us. The seller says it has an eight-inch suspension lift, three-inch body lift, and a four-inch shackle drop lift. The 46-inch tires trump those of the Chevy and Dodge, plus this Ford supposedly has more than 200 blue running lights. What's it take to drive a unique Ford monster truck like this one? Not the $45,000 the seller was hoping to get, but a final bid of $17,600. No, the reserve was not met on this truck either.
Now you've read about each of these trucks -- which one do you like best?
