We recently participated in GM's Project Driveway, a large-scale market test which offers short-term loans of fuel-cell-equipped Equinoxes. Our time with the Equinox FCV proved interesting; MT Technical Editor Kim Reynolds detailed his experience in our First Test.

The Equinox FCV is a technological achievement for GM, and, as such, has a lot of complex science going on under the hood. We filmed an overview of the FCV to give a breakdown of the important changes made for fuel-cell application and how the components operate. In the video, Reynolds breaks down the systems into simple English and walks us through what living with a fuel-cell vehicle is like.
