The F-150 performed admirably in both numerical analysis and driving impressions, enough to give it the edge in one of the closest Truck of the Year votes in history. Tipping the scales in the Ford's favor is its sheer number of configurations, and best-in-class rigidity, payload capacity, and tow ratings don't hurt.
