Is the Unimog U500 still being sold in the United States? I can't find anything in Freightliner's site about it and nothing on the Web in general. Thanks for your help.

Because of emissions standards that changed for 2007, the last new Unimogs sold in the U.S. were 2006s. (As future emissions laws change in Europe, though, 'Mogs could return to the U.S.) Freightliner dealers take care of service and parts; they might be able to help you find a Unimog.
