Suzuki Motor Corporation is about to launch what is being called a "Rebadged Nissan Frontier" in the U.S. market next year.

Car and Driver has reported that Suzuki's jump into the compact truck market will most likely resemble the Frontier, (pictured), in most respects. Suzuki is planning to introduce the pickup in late 2008 as a '09 named the Koichi

Suzuki Motor Corporation is predicting that buyers of their current motorcycle and ATVs will also want to buy their trucks. Will loyalty win over their consumers or is Suzuki taking a chance in a market that has been fading for the compact truck segment?
