This time Navistar is slapping Ford with a $2 billion counter-claim lawsuit over the battle of Ford's Super Duty Diesel Engines for damages causes by this on going battle.
This is just the latest chapter in the relationship between these two companies which started when Ford went after Navistar about warranty and engine cost. Then Navistar shut down its shipment of the diesel engines to Ford but was then was ordered to continue shipping to Ford by a judge while the suits where being handled.
