On the face of this, it looks good. That is, until you realize that this type of customer will have a certain "expectation level" when they go in for service at an INTL dealer. They will expect to be pampered like at a car dealer, they will want a comfortable lounge to sit in, they will want it to be a pleasant experience, like at a high end RV dealer. Shock! They won't get it at the vast majority of INTL truck dealerships! I speak from experience having worked at two. Here's what happens: you watch this type of customer come in to the main part of the dealership, in my case it was the combined parts/truck sales/Idealease department. They look around for comfy chairs. The only thing we could offer them were truck seats that Parts had put out on display and they were not hooked up to an air supply. After about 5 minutes they get antsy and start asking us questions. Only we have to take phone calls and are dealing with normal customers and do not have time to "chat".They then get pissed and leave, how pleasant.
